Chapter 7 of the Connecticut Practice Book provides
retention schedules for files and records. These rules
outline what may or may not be available in a file once it
is disposed, and for how long the information will be
available.
For all types of files, you should start by contacting the
clerk?s office in the judicial district where the case
originated to determine whether the file you are seeking is
still there and/or disclosable. The clerk?s office may
inform you that the file has been sent to the Superior
Court Records Center, located at 111 Phoenix Ave., Enfield.
In that event, please obtain the following information from
the clerk?s office to provide to the records center:
The following information is necessary for the records
center to locate a record:
Name on the file
court docket number
date of disposition; and
court where the case was heard.
If you are seeking a civil case, the records center also
needs the ?records center location number,? which is
available at the court.
The phone number at the records center is 860-741-2478.
Please note that information regarding disposed of cases
may not be available because of state erasure laws Chapter
961a, ?Criminal Records,? Part 1, Erasure, of the
Connecticut General Statutes.

I am worrking tcs for last 1.8 years.I took leave from april due to health problem arise during my first pregnancy.They approve my leave till may 15,2012.after that i spoke to hr saying my siuation and they ask me to wait to get approve leave till my delivery(nov 2012).Aguest first week i got call from another team from tcs and they doesn't accept my condition.they are force me to send resign letter to the hr.Now they ask me Rs 120000 for final settlement.I dont know what.I agree to pay my bond amount rs 50000 + i month basic pay.They are therd me.Please answer as soon as possible

hi ,this is salman from hyd.my brother in law is working as court master in high court hyd.he didnt have atleast common sense.he and his family always wants to complete her demands for silly things.they are making silly things as a big issue.i dont understand what to do? if i lodge any complaint he would know better ipc section to escape because he is working under high court judge.kindly suggest me a good solution to live my sister life happy for ever.my email id is sallumia143@yahoo.com
