IT IS PREPARED WHEN ONLY CASH & BANK TRANSECTIONS ARE
OCCURED. SOMETIMES ONE PARTY RECEIVES OR ALLOW THE DISCOUNT
ON THE TRANSECTIONS SO THAT PARTY WILL RECORD THAT ENTRY IN
CASH BOOK.
