A MAGISTRATE IS A PERSON WHO IS ENTITLED TO KEEP PEACE BY
JUDGING DIFFERENT CRIMINAL AND CIVIL PROBLEMS OF THE PEOPLE
UNDER HIS JURISDICTION. AND AT THE TIME OF MAKING ANY
DECISION HE SHOULD NOT BE INFLUENCED BY ANY IMOTION WHICH
MAY DEMONSTRATE HIS INCAPABILITY IN THE JUDICIAL AREA. HE
SHOULD ALWAYS CONTEMPLATE AT THE OF GIVING ANY DECISION.

As per the Section 11 of Cr.P.C. the State Govt. may
likewise establish for local area one or more courts of
Judicial Magistrate First Class or Second class to try
paticular cases of paticular classes or categories of
cases. --When he was try criminal case he was called -
Judicial Magistrate First Class or Second Class.When he was
try civil nature of cases as per Maharashtra State called
Civil Judge Junior Division.
