joint venture is kind contractual basis partnership
suppose two person gather together to take a contract to
build building after completing the building the contract
has been kept at the starting will end ( one more thing
there is limit in joint venture )
but in partnership it does not happen in partnership two or
more person take the decision to start a business for the
long lasting
