Chartered accountant is the person who have knowledge of
Financial Mangement & part of cost accounting, who finalise
the balance sheet of the company his certification is given
by ICAI. Cost accountant is the person who have knowledge
of Costing & cost centers, he is very much familiar with
ascertainment of cost of perticular unit. mostly cost
accountant are used in manufacturing units.

extract is CA is far better than Cost Accountant.
