Plenty of opportunities are there in BPO like Payroll,
Accounts payable etc. Dont bother about experience rather
than idle it is better to do something. Companies like
capital iq, genpact, deloitte, factset and franklin
templeton are always prefers Finance domain.

Hi my dear friend. My name is samson and I am working as a
Manager (Finance). I wont be giving you any professional or
hi funda advice. Simply I would say that Firstly ask
yourself this question. Only do what you like and not what
others do. BPOs will give you some sort of knowledge
depending upon a particular process in which growth is
limited. But if you wish to know about the markets (of
course in India) in depth, you will have to start up with
some organisations which will help you in gaining
knowledge. You may work in BPO and know about its work
culture, operations etc. But do not stick to it for longer
period unless you want to make a career out of it. Now a
days any Tom, Dick & Harry can get into BPOs. Question is
will you be getting anything after you are an MBA. I would
suggest even if it is a small organisation where your goals
are defined, gain some experience, learn and seek a better
opportunity where you can grab your career. All the very
Best.
