TAT is thematic appreception test u r showwn a picture and u r 2 write a story on that within stipulated time (3 minutes), WAT is word association test in which a word will b given and it is to be used to make a sentence.

Hi I cleared SBI ASSOC PO written exam. Actually i worked with top software MNC for 1.5 yr. Due t o irregular timings and with heavy work load my health got spoiled. And I decided not to continue in s/w field. Now if the interviewer asks why u prefer banking field to s/w field what should be my answer?
