hello.. i went for the visa interview on 10th august 2009,
and was rejected.as ma interview was very short and i was
unable to know the reason.. i have applied for ms in elect
engg in csula.
i: good morning sir.
VO: DID not replied and asked for passport and all.
after having ma finger print he asked me which unv?
i: CSU LA
VO: how many unv have u applied for and name them?
i: 2 sir, csula and Nyit
vo: why nyit? ( being very loud)
i: becox the course and curriculum are quite similar to ma
objectives and i am interested in this research program they
are offerring.
vo: why nyit? ( being more louder)
i: becoz i wnted to keep it as an option if in any case i
was not admited in csula.
vo: wat option? i am asking u why Nyit?
i: becoz they are proving me a spz of microcomputers and
digital systems. and also ma teachers and seniors reffered
me this unv.
vo: do u have ny relation in us?
i: no blood relation but i do have some seniors there.
vo: i am sorry cant grant u d visa.
i am taking date after 15th august.is it possible people get
visa's in 2nd attempt. where i lacked last time.
and next time wat ll i possibly say dat y was i rejected
last time. does ma first rejection ll affect ma 2nd
interview. plz help me...

what was the reason for your rejecting last time?
i am a student from nepal applying for f-1 student visa to study in usa. i have sufficent funds for study purpose with my maternal uncle being a sponsor from US. i have some ties to the country like, property, assets, and i am the only son. but there is only one problem i have score 62.13% in SLC but in 10+2 it is only 52.60% and IELTS score of 6.0. that means i am not a serious student, can this problem cause for the denial of visa, please answer it, if no then please suggest me what to do? or please provide me a reason for " why low marks "
interviewer inquired me that how many uni. u have applied for.i was confuse moreover i was missguided friends that you shoud reply more than one uni. i follow them and gave wrong information and was trased. interviewer refused visa is there is any possibilities of getting visa guide me....
hi every one, actually i got my admission n also get the date of interview which is 15 december 08. i am going to u all that if i ill get visa, am i capable to start in january session 09, actually my consulate said me if u ill get ur visa, u r capable to start your studies in may 09 session, is that?

Hello all, I have been approved for Ph.D with full funding and I have a minor with me.So, should I file his application for F2 (that is dependent Visa) with my F1 application or fill it later once I got approved for F1 and then go with drop box option? Me: 3months exp & I underwent a leg surgery ( Actually I am 2007 passed out student & I underwent leg surgery for 2times, which is very rare condition & I had 3month work exp also. But in DS 160 form I didnt mention about exp. I dont want to tell lie to them so I told about 3months work exp & later I told about leg surgery. But she didnt listen to my surgery. Visa Officer: she told something Me: I didnt listen to her properly because I was upset & I told Thank you & I left the place with my papers So When can I re-apply for 2nd VI & wat to do with my 3yrs gap after undergraduation Plz suggest me I wanna know & I wanna undergo for the final surgery soon.
