see one percent of 550 is 5.5
so, 7.5 percent of 550 is 41.25
then u subtract the 41.25 from 550
the answer is 508.75
so ur answer is 508.75

(550/100)*50=275(half of 550)...

first u can easily find 10% of 550=55
- from 550=495=90%
find 1% of 550=5.5
get 2% =5.5*2=11
get 1/2 of 5.5=2.75
ans=495+11+2.75=508.75
