Dear,Group 1 is for State Level Executive posts conducted
by APPSC some of the posts are Dy.Collector,CTO..etc
whereas civils are for National level executive posts
conducted by UPSC some of the posts are in IAS,IPS,IFS
etc..Hope it clarifies..

Hi friend,
Please note that the above mail is corect in his
expressions,apart from that Groups syllabus is also a part
in Civils regarding General studies,Indian
Histroy,geography and mental ability.These things are
common in both civils and group 1.so if you take the above
mentioned subjects as optionals in Civils then it will give
a chance to you to prepare for both terms Civils and groups.

i am Rajasekhar my question is how can i prepare for group1 iam b.tech with 59% suggest me right guidance or other choice.
