because SSB knows very well that criteria is based on
B.pharm not on M.pharm n I think its right decision from
SSB J& K

injustice to B.Pharma students.As B.pharma is the basic
eligibility for the post, so like all other posts it should
get the weightage.

SSB dont know the rules and regulations, they think
students getting high marks should get the job , while they
fail to realise , there are institutes who award
exceptionally high marks to other wise duffer
students.There is huge discripency in evaluation and
awarding of marks depending upon university and institutes.
THE PRIVATE INSTITUTES ARE AWARDING MARKS BLINDLY.
Experienced , highly qualified and research scholars who
about to cross upper age limit are the worst sufferers.
Govt and recruitmenting SSB must learn the mode of
selection of drug inspectors and other posts as followed in
other parts of country. Fresh B.Pharm. is not eligible at
all.
