Accordng to Black's Law Dictionary, 7th Edn., a Shareholder
means "one who owns or holds a share or shares in a
company, esp. a corporation.
Whereas a member means, a shareholder whose name is
registered in the Register of Members maintained by the
Company.

can you please explain me the process of endorsing a bill of exchange with example for better understanding,as it is also said that it can be endorsed without acceptance too. i am still not clear with this concept. i tried many wesited but they just give on sentence answer whch am not able conceptuallly understand. Can we sue employer if the employer is deducting the Rs.1665/- from the employee towards PF including the PF admin charges (1.61%) and depositing without adding a single Rupee from his pocket.
