Pertaining to private client fees, as an advocate, i would
like to share that there is no provision regarding fees in
the Advocate's Act, 1961 which is the core law for
advocates or any where else. It is upto the sole discretion
of the Advocate (which you are going to engage for
settlement of your dispute) to charge as per his own
EXPERIENCE AND PRACTICE.
