Hi, I have done my Post graduation ie MBA, working as
recruiter in consultancy. I have cleared clerical cadre in
SBI i have an personal interview on this month, can i
include my postgraduation? will they think i am over
qualified for this position. will they reject? I am in
dilemma wheather to include or not. Pls advice on the same.

hie,
if u have done MBA, that's a plus point. I appeared at the
interview of BOB....there the prospective employees were
highly qualified....even MBA with Exp.......so do include
ur PG degree.

Dont think that if u have done your MBA then u are over
qualified.. this is bank job dude.. the competition is very
high.. i have seen guys who have done M.tech with 70% as
aggregate have joined bank..... MBA is a + point ,do include
this.. and all the best for your interview as well.. can u
