hi, i got my visa rejected bcos of fake documents(financial and experience)... my consultancy opened an account and deposited the amount till my visa interview....and the consulate found it out and i was rejected the f1 visa...i attempted twice again but in vain. so i deffered my admission and i have been issued a fresh i20 and also availed loan from bank...so planning to apply for visa but could u please help me out about whether i can get the visa after all that happened and if yes can u give me few tips

sir, as i got i20 from unh the fees for 12 months is 31,300 $ including living expenses,food and expenditure so what ia the best possible way to show the liquid assets.i mean that how much liquid money for 31,300$ we have to show as this is for 1 year combining two years 31,300$+31,300$ how much we have to show it.plz reply me soon

i attended my interview on 7th, they asked me 1) why do you want to study now? 2) are you working? i'm having a working experience of 5 years in s/w field. I answered 2nd but for my first question i think they have not satisfied with my answer. can u please help me out by giving a gud answer for my 1st query?

My M1 VISA GOT REJECTED WITHOUT A REASON, I didn't get any slip or letter stating the reason for rejection nor there was any sort of rejection stamp on my passport..I just got my passport back.During the interview the officer just asked my my passport,DS-160 Confirmation page,I-20,SEVIS FEE Confirmation page. thats all...I had my financial statements,school certificates but he didn't ask for any of this..at the end of our conversation I asked him is there any other documents he would like to see..and he said no..I was under the impression my visa will be approved. but then i get my passport without visa. now i dont know whome to ask. I tried sending them emails but no reply. Can I just go and meet them straight or Do I have to pay visa fee again, Do I have fill the DS-160 form all over again? what is the correct procedure. since they haven't told me the reason I am all confused now. please I need your help

I met a friend through the internet. He's from USA and older than me. We've been online together for 2 years now. We now decided to meet up. Despite disapproval from my family, we still want to be together. So we planning that i go to USA and be together with him, and cause i'm only 20yrs old, i myself still want to study. He said he's going to sponsor me in the USA. We'll meet in May soon. My family won't sponsor me of course. My questions are, 1. What if the interviewer ask who gonna sponsor me, what shud i say? And if i say my US boyfriend, bet my visa will get rejected cause they wud think i go to USA to be with my boyfriend and not to study. 2.To grant the visa, would they check for the approval of my family first? 3. I'm from Malaysia, and from what i know, the success rate of visa interview are higher, for those who apply from countries that have lower/lowest populations students in US schools? Is it true?

I have applied for a F1 VISA & I had appointments on 19th july and 2nd August but both times my VISA has been rejected due to unknown reasons I'm posting my conversation with VO both times 1st appointment 19 July Me: Good morning sir. VO: Hi. VO: Why do you want to go to IIT? Me: This institute provides one of the best courses in Mechanical Engineering. It has very good study atmosphere especially the faculty that is highly qualified. Most importantly It has very good student to faculty ratio ie. 10:1 that is highly favorable for student’s studies. VO: Which other universities have you applied to? Me: I have applied to Purdue, USC….( I was telling about other 2 universities also, but he interrupted) VO: Why not Purdue? Me: Coz I’ve got a rejection from there. VO: And what about USC? Me: I’ve got rejected there too. Also, I’ve applied to 2 other universities whose decisions are still awaited they are SUNY Buffallo and Texas A&M. VO: What are your qualifications? Me: The courses required for MS in mechanical Engineering at IIT are very much related to what have i done in my undergrads, there are subjects like thermodynamics, engineering mechanics, fluid mechanics, mechanics of materials that i've already studied, so definitely it will be a plus point and also its faculty is very good and student to faculty ratio is 10:1 that is highly favorable. VO: R u working somewhere? Me: Yes, I'm working in Vimtech infrastructure pvt ltd as a technical supervisor. VO: What is your percentage? Me: Sir we have a grading system in our university and different weightage is assigned to each grade and weighted mean is calculated that is called as CPI ie cumulative percentage index and i've a cpi 6.3/10.
