As the document is purchased or acquired in the library the
details about the book and vendor will be entered in the
accession register of the library and the entry number of
that register for book will be given accordingly to the book.

different to others.this number shows distinct identity.

Accession register is the register where the librarian enrolled every books,cd and other material which is place in library and the enrolled number is called Accession Number .This register contains of accession number,title,author's name,publisher name ,vendor address,bill no and date,amount,call.no(Classification number)book number and remarks.so Accession Register is a role a major part in library.
