Thummi is a Telugu name for the plant Leucas aspera. It is
called as Shiva Tumbe in Kannada, Thumbai in Tamil and
Dhronapushpi in Sanskrit. It is a small erect herb with
white flowers and long narrow leaves. Source: FRLHT
database (Bangalore).

I have no idea on what Thummi denote. However if your plant
is trifoliate and is favorite of Lord shiva then its bael
