CCID stands for Change Control Identifier.
This allows programmers to group the elements (programs,
copybooks, procs, jcls, parms) being changed for a project.
It proves to be helpful for identifying the programs changed
for a particular work item.

CCID is given based on the Change Request(CR) number. For a
particular CR, all the components moved/signed in/out or
added/updated/deleted are done using that CCID only. If CR
is yet to be raised, some dummy CCID can be given(but it
should be existing(e.g.previous CR's CCID)).
