Dear friends my Visa got rejected twice for fall admission in a month, on 3rd june and 16th june, Can I apply again for the same Fall semester, Actually apoinments are not available and emergency slots are also not there for students rejected twice in last six months, what can I do, pls suggest??

I had 5 backlogs and i said i had 3 backlogs.lied to visa officer about the backlogs.luck was not on my side he asked my marks sheet and he came to know that there are 5 backlogs and he asked me...i explained him that according to our university we can takeoff 2 subjects which is true and vo is slightly convinced but not sure he continued interview ...should there be any problem if i apply second time.

I am working as a Chief Account Officer. I have over 12 years of experience in accounts and finance. I have applied for the certificate in accounting which is one year course from San Diego University for Integrative Studies. The Toefl and official transcript is not required for this certificate course but the university will be taking placement english test on arrival there. The university is issuing the I-20 and acceptance letter for F1 visa. I am having a doubt that the US consulate will reject my student visa for not showing the TOEFL score and Official Transcript. Kindly let me know that the TOEFL score and the official transcript is mandatory for seeking F1 student visa. I look forward for the help.
i have taken 6 1/2 yrs to complete my Bachelors in mechanical engineering with 56.5 % and 31 backlogs. GRE score of 1150 and TOEFL 100. I have sound knowledge though in mechanical design and CAD concepts which i plan to do MS in..?? Do i have any chance ti get an F1..? What would the V.O ask me..?? I got 3 rejection on NYIT for MS in COmputer science. I was working as a recruiter in reliance HR service Ltd & now i ll go in december but i have change my Uni as well as course this time i ll go 4 bridgeport & my course is MS in technology mgmt. so when visa officer ask me y u have change ur course that time how can i represent my work exp & my course MS in Tech Mgmt.
