Hi,

I got the offer letter from TCS..But the next day, HR
called me and told pls dont submit ur resignation letter
till we confirm you on this offer.

Will they confirm on this?? anyone faced the same situation?

but they called him after a month..so its better u need nt
to wait for that because its not shure..

already resigned and they are not giving me joining date
(postponded afret resigned).Now jobless for morethan 2
months.

Resign a job without offer is not correct way, once you got offer then put a paper and survey your notice, that is the way usually all employees do. don't say HR is mental fellow, they will do there job, other than they won't do more than that. They need to follow some standards....
