u cant do homology modellling bez ur target identity with
template is only 27% ,for homology modellling identity
should be 30% or more ...you have to go for comparative
modelling .

homology modeling is actually comparitive modeling.
so threading is the best option..

u can do Ab-initio modeling, bcoz for homology modelling u need to have >40%similarity with template and target sequence.to perform Ab-initio modeling u can use ITASSER online tool.
