In Curfew u need not to go to exam hall to attend exam
because according to the curfew rule during curfew normal
living is demised by government so there is no qustn arise
to attend the exam.

Hello, I am KHALID from Lucknow. My sister is a widow. My sister was the second wife. her husband divorced her first wife through the Court. Her husband was a government employee of U.P. and had duly nominated my sister for all his retiral benefits including pension,but she has received nothing and the department has directed my sister to get a Succession Certificate from Distt. Judge. My question is that whether the Department can direct my sister to get Succession Certificate even when she has been duly nominated for the same.
