Just u create Outstanding expenses ledger under current
liabilities.
This outstanding expenses will show on current liabillities
in Balance Sheet

You Should Create Outstanding Expenses under Current
Liabilities.
It could shown in Current liabilities.
All Other ccounts Outstanding Amounts which relate to
payments shoulb be transferred to outstanding Expenses at
the end of year / end of report
