Any user chnges to desktop appearance; shortcuts, folders,
background etc. are lost each time the user logs off. Only
environment issues relating to home directory/persoal
files/folders,and various internet settings are constant
from one reboot to another no matter at what work node.
This is the scenario for the mandatory version.
Changes the ntuser.dat file in the profiles root on the
Profile's storage location to ".man" in order to adopt a
mandatory profile.
