Accountant can act as staturoy auditor of 20 companies out
of which 10 companies having the paid up capital of 25 lacs
or more.
Recently ICAI issued a circular on Cealing on company
audits by a CA... Which is as follows.
The Maximum no of Companies increased to 30 which includes
audit of private companies, out of which 10 companies
having a paid up capital of 25 lacs or more.
