my husband is on h1b visa and brother is on h1b visa .my
husband told me to come on h4 visa but iam not interested
to stay in u.s .so my brother is sponsering me to come on
visiting visa so that i can convince my husband to return
back to india. will i get visiting visa.

You could apply for a tourist visa. The embassy might give
it to you because your husband is legally working in the US
on an H1B visa. However, an H4 visa(for dependents of H1B),
I believe is probably easier to obtain. It allows you to
stay in the US as long as your husband's visa is valid. All
my friends who had H1B visa's were able to bring their
spouses and children using the H4 visa without any trouble.

I (Me & my wife)applied for tourist visa on 19/5/2014( B2 Visa ) i booked a tour from thomas cook and i got rejection from US embassy counsulate and i want to ask my relatives ( cousine brother) are in usa.
