Accrual prepayment is also called as prepaid expense.
the expenditure incurred for acquiring a fixed asset or
which result increase the earning capacity of the business
is known as capital expenditure.
The expenditure incurred in course of regular business
transaction of the concern availed during the same
accounting year is known as revenue expenditure.
