yes advocate can sign in green ink. since Advocates are not
subordinate to any one including the judge.Advocate is
equally an officer of the court.Advocates are notionally
officers of courts, but they are nobody's employees.When a
judge uses green ink why not an Advocate.Advocates are
governed by Advocates act and nothing bars an Advocate from
using green ink.

Since everything not prohobited by law is permitted and
there is no such law prohibiting advocates to use green ink-
