There is vital importance of Ms-Word in Companies as it
provdes office automation job like writing letters, mail
merge etc.
Ms-Excel allows the company to make pay-roll, to keep
record of employees, in the preparation of maonthly
statement etc. It is widely in demand as it allows
mathematical claculation on the worksheet itself.

word and excel both are very important for offie works.
word allows u to create multiple letters at a time.It
provide a very important spell check feature.it enables u
for creating macros which makes ur work faster nd easier.
whereas excel is concerned it helps in calculations.it
provides a very important feature "filter" which helps u in
extracting specific data form a bigger table or data

Both MS-EXCEL amd MS-WORD are plays an very important role
in Offices. Without these two, It's more difficult to run
an office.For Ex, For Both Entering and Exiting from an
office, Each employee got their appointment letter and
Resignation Letter by using MS word application. Not only
this, We can have lot of Facilities in Word like WordArt,
Alignments, Different types of fonts Which are used to
Design our Document.We can also insert a many more things
like PieChart, Graph,... Which is ued to show the growth of
the organisation.
Speaking About MS-EXCEL, We can create a PayRoll to keep
the Records of Employees. By using FILTER option, We can
Easily view the particular data from the large amount of
Datas in an organisation. it also helps to add many more
Sheets as we need...
