It is used to clear vendor payments at time because the
organization can deal with ‘N’ number of vendors and
transactions so that if we want to make payment for ‘N’
number of vendors with ‘n’ number of transactions it is
very difficult process and also there may be chances to
taken place errors or mistakes to avoid the above
difficulties we are using automatic payment programme for
vendor payments at a time.
