yes, because government has its role only in implementing
kissan call centre but no one from government department
have concern about the kcc. The agents are not giving any
proper training programme.and the agents have to work on
all from 6.00am to 10pm on all gazetted holidays/festival
holidays with out any bonus and insentives.
