in negative taining we uvally use induan ink or nigrosine
ink ,they r anionic nd negatively charged so thus the object
i also negatively charged and thus repel fill the spaces
between the object nd result to give clear image.where as
positive or simple staining methele blue used itsbasic dye
cationic and object is anionic so that +ve charge attaches
to th -ve charge nd the cell i dark not clearly visible.
