Not always true .If the satellite is not moving around the
earth in a orbit,then there is a force on man.otherwise it
will be zero.

that's incorrect. the force of attraction of the earth on
the man is GMm/r2, the only thing is that the reaction
offered by the shuttle is zero due to which we feel weightless.
