The syllabus will generally be in conformity with the
educational & technical qualifications prescribed for the
post & in this case it is Bachelor of Law.
The Questions will be of MCQ(multiple choice questions)type
& the Exam will be of 90 minutes duration.
There will be NEGATIVE-MARKING.
ONE-THIRD marks will be deducted for wrong-answers.

This post does not have a normal trial docket. You will be assigned to cases where the defendant's crime occurred in your patrol division. How do you feel about not being in the normal trial rotation?
Can we sue employer if the employer is deducting the Rs.1665/- from the employee towards PF including the PF admin charges (1.61%) and depositing without adding a single Rupee from his pocket.
