Transfer income is an income transferred by an assessee to
other person, inorder to avoid tax.(Ex: Bond washing
transactions)

In case of clubbing of income transfer of income means if
transferor transfers property to another person without
transfering the ownership rights then income on such
property is chargeble under the transferor

Central purchase is eligible for issuance of H form. Whetther H form can be issued against local purcahse also? What I came to know is : earlier H form can be issued against central purchase only, but after intoduction of VAT, department issued notification regarding issuance of H form against LOCAL PURCHASE also.
