3.Select the Responsibilties
4.Create the Object name for responsibility
5.Here you should analyse that What are the views are give
to him/her.
you collect the views in notepad.
5.Then you Cut & copy the selected views at the View window.
6.Then choose who one is the relevant employee..
...That views are allocated to the particular employee..
