not match char set id of (number)

Cause: The given column with the given form of use does not
have the same character set ID as a previous column with the
same form of use.
Action: This should not happen. Contact ORACLE support and
supply the following information: DDL for the table being
loaded, and the SQL*Loader control file. ADDED in 8.1
