Now u check log file for this problem (lsnrctl.log)
path = /oracle/SID/102_64/network/admin/log/lsnrctl.log
or = /oracle/SRP/102_64/network/admin/listener.ora check
for lisner parameters.
or if u r installing SAP than u will check also this path =
/tmp/sapinst_instdir/SRM05/SYSTEM/ORA/CENTRAL/AS/lsnrctl.log
