TNS-00028: INTCTL: Could not resolve Connection Manager's
name/address

Cause: The Connection Manager's name does not have a
definition that the Navigator knows about, nor is the
name/address available in the TNSNAMES.ORA file. The name
may also be incorrect in the INTCHG.ORA file.
Action: Verify that the Connection Manager's name is in the
TNSNET.ORA file read by the Navigator or in the TNSNAMES.ORA
file. Be sure that INTCHG.ORA is correct.
