Cause: UNTIL TIME and RECOVERY WINDOW cannot be less than
the database creation time or RESETLOGS time.
Action: Check the UNTIL TIME or RECOVERY WINDOW. If the
database needs to be restored to an old incarnation, use the
RESET DATABASE TO INCARNATION command.
