Cause: This is an informational message to indicate the RMAN
could not successfully restore the database using the
specified backups. An attempt was made to restore the
datafiles/archivelogs/ controlfile/SPFILE using the same
backupset on a different device type.
Action: See accompanying additional error messages
indicating the cause of the failover.
