Cause: An error occurred while looking up the specified
datafilecopy in the recovery catalog or target database
controlfile.
Action: This error is accompanied by other errors describing
the reason for the failure. If the datafilecopy was created
during a RESTORE with a new name, ensure that the RESTORE
completed successfully.
