RMAN-06080: SWITCH required for datafile string

Cause: The controlfile record for this datafile is for an
older incarnation of the datafile. A SWITCH command must be
issued to update the controlfile before doing RECOVER.
Action: Issue SWITCH command then retry RECOVER.
