PLS-00572: improper constraint form used..

Answer / guest

Cause: "number" types cannot have a range. user-defined
aggregate types and integer types cannot have scale or
precision specified. Example: "x number(5,3)" is acceptable
but "x number range 1..10" is not.

Action: Remove the constraint
