Cause: The period terminating the USAGE IS BINARY clause
must be on the same line as the USAGE clause. This message
only occurs on systems that support the COMP5=YES command
line option of Pro*COBOL, where where COMP-5 is substituted
for BINARY.
Action: Check that the period terminating the USAGE IS
BINARY clause is on the same line as the USAGE clause.
