Cause: An Oracle extension to the ANSI/ISO SQL standard was
used. Specifically, an Oracle Result Set Cursor has been
used. This informational message is issued by the FIPS
Flagger when FIPS=YES.
Action: No action required. However, for ANSI/ISO
compliance, do not use Result Set Cursors.

I've got a database (Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.2.0) installed on a server.
