Cause: In a Pro*C, Pro*FORTRAN, Pro*Pascal program, scale in
an EXEC SQL TYPE or EXEC SQL VAR statement in the current
context cannot be specified.
Action: Remove the scale specification from the EXEC SQL
TYPE or EXEC SQL VAR statement.
