Cause: There is an EXEC ORACLE ELSE or EXEC ORACLE ENDIF
statement without a matching EXEC ORACLE IFDEF statement.
Action: Add the missing EXEC ORACLE IFDEF statement or
deletee or move the EXEC ORACLE ELSE or EXEC ORACLE ENDIF
statement.
