Cause: A UCS2 type has been type equivalenced in an EXEC SQL
TYPE statement or a variable of UCS2 type has been type
equivalenced in an EXEC SQL VAR statement.
Action: Remove the EXEC SQL TYPE or EXEC SQL VAR statement.
