PCC-02364: Host struct and its indicator must have the same
number of fields
Answer / guest
Cause: When a structure containing indicator variables is
declared and associated with a host structure, the indicator
structure must contain the same number of fields as the host
structure. This is so even when some of the indicators will
not be used or even when it would not make sense to do so
(for fields constrained as NON NULL, for example).
Action: Redeclare the indicator variable with the correct
number of fields.
